Bring back your empty Kiehl's bottles — or your reusable Kiehl's tote — to any Kiehl's store in Singapore. Each return earns you a stamp.
For every bottle recycled, you receive 1 stamp. As you reach new milestones, we celebrate your progress with curated Kiehl's rewards — so every empty truly pays back.
How To Clean Your Empties?
A few simple steps so we can give your bottles a second life.
Step 1
Wash off and clean any residue left in the product.
Step 2
Wash and clean the product thoroughly.
Step 3
Dry it well.
For our sunblock and cleanser in a tube packaging, you can cut it into half to clean the product.
*Note: There are some Kiehl's products which cannot be opened to be cleaned thoroughly. Example: Hydroplumping Retexturizing Serum, Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Eye Concentrate, Super Multi-Corrective Eye Serum, Musk EDT. In such cases, we will still accept the product when returned to store and award a stamp, but the product will not be sent for recycling. Thank you for your understanding.
What Happens Next
From your empty bottle to a brand-new material.
Empties collected are sent to our recycling partner who has a National Environmental Agency approved Materials Recovery Facility.
Recyclables are then sorted, processed and baled — ready to be turned into brand-new materials.

Terms & Conditions
Redemption of gifts is only valid at Kiehl's Singapore stores. Rewarding and redemption of number of stamps is final upon confirmation with our Kiehl’s Skin Pro. Any discrepancies will only be considered on a case by case basis. The program, rewards, privileges and terms and conditions may be changed, withdrawn or terminated at any time without prior notice to patrons at the sole discretion of the company. The decision of the company on all matters relating to this program shall be final and binding to the patrons and no correspondence will be entertained.
