Making An Order
To make your ordering experience as effortless as possible, we’ve provided detailed information about placing an order on kiehls.com.sg.
1. Sales Tax
Prices shown on the Website are in Singapore Dollars (S$) and are inclusive of GST, but do not include any applicable shipping or delivery fees. Delivery fees will be charged where applicable and will be included in the order total upon checkout. Prices or shipping are subject to change effective immediately upon posting of such price changes to the Website or other form of notification.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
Each order is limited to five (5) units per Product per customer per day. All Products (including samples) are intended for your personal and non-commercial purpose only. They shall not be used in any professional capacity, and must not be re-sold. If any order exceeds the limit set out set out, and/or we reasonably believe that our Products may be used for any purpose in contravention of the above, we reserve our right not to fulfil the contravening order(s).
You may pay for your purchases through the Website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). All credit card
payments are subject to verification and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer does not authorise payment

As email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, we advise that for your protection you do NOT send credit card information via an e-mail message to Customer Service.
We regret that we do not ship outside of Singapore at this time for orders placed at kiehls.com.sg. Orders with a PO Box as the delivery address will not be processed. Please use our Retail Locator to find the Kiehl's location nearest you.
TRACKING A SHIPMENT
Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
Currently, Kiehls.com does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.
If you have a promotional coupon code that can be redeemed from Kiehl's Since 1851, please enter the offer code in the box in the shopping bag area upon checkout.
