"KIEHL'S HOLIDAY CLAW MACHINE"

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.         Organiser

1.1       This "KIEHL'S HOLIDAY CLAW MACHINE" (“Campaign”) is organised by  Kiehl's under the Organiser,  L'Oreal Singapore Pte Ltd (Company Registration No.: 199001413D).

 

1.2       By participating in this Campaign, customers agree that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and customers agree that the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability to any person at any time, to change and/or amend the Terms and Conditions herein.

 

SPECIFIC TERMS

 

2.         Campaign Period

2.1       This Campaign will run from November 17, 2023 at 12:00:00 AM to November 26, 2023 at 11:59:59PM  Singaporean time (“the Campaign Period”).

 

3.         Campaign Mechanics

3.1        For every purchase of SGD$200.00 worth of Kiehl’s products (net purchase amounts, after all discounts or vouchers have been applied) in a single, eligible receipt from Kiehl’s Holiday Pop-Up during the Contest Period, Customers will receive three (3) chances to play the the Kiehl’s Holiday Claw Machine.

 

3.2        Customers are given three (3) chances to claw mystery gift(s) from the Kiehl’s Holiday Claw Machine. Mystery gifts available at the Campaign features iconic Kiehl’s travel size products including moisturizers, masque, sunscreen and more (“Mystery Gifts”).

 

3.3       The Claw Machine play chances are only redeemable on the same day of purchase at B4 ION Station, ION Orchard by presenting the original receipts. Organiser will not entertain any request for additional play chances if a customer fails to succeed in clawing any mystery gift(s) after the three (3) chances.

 

3.4        The Mystery Gifts are subject to availability on a first come first served basis during the Campaign Period. They are given on an “as is” basis and they are not transferable, not refundable and not exchangeable for cash, voucher, merchandise or any other substitutes.

 

3.5        Pictures of the Mystery Gifts shown on the Campaign announcements are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual item. Price shown (if any) is correct at the time of publishing.

 

3.6        The Organiser reserves the right to, at any time, foreclose, amend or discontinue this Campaign at its absolute discretion without prior notice. The Organiser and/or its appointed agencies/appointed subcontractors shall not be liable to anyone in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered arising out of or in connection with the participation by the anyone in the Campaign. The Organiser shall not be liable to perform any of their obligation in respect of the Campaign and the Terms and Conditions where they are unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond their control and shall not be liable to compensate anyone in any manner whatsoever in such circumstances.
