TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Organiser

1.1 This "Kiehl’s Calendula Sampling Machine" (“Programme”) is organised by Kiehl’s under the Organiser, L’OREAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. (Company No. 199001413D). This Programme shall be governed by the Terms and the General Terms as particularly detailed hereinunder (collectively referred to as “Terms and Conditions”). The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability to any person at any time, to change and/or amend the Terms and Conditions herein.

1.2 By participating in this Programme, the Participants agree that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and they consent to the collection, use and processing of personal data in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.kiehls.com.sg/en_SG/privacy-policy.html.

2. Programme Period

2.1 This Programme will run from 31 July, 2023 at 12:00:00 AM to 1 September, 2023 at 11:59:59PM Singaporean time (“the Programme Period”).

3. Programme Mechanic

3.1 This Programme is open to any Singaporean citizen and resident, eighteen (18) years old and above, with a valid Singapore National Registration Identity Card and residential address in Singapore (“Participant”). To participate in the Programme, Participants are required to:

a) Locate Kiehl’s vending machine and scan the QR code display on the screen of the vending machine.

b) Key in accurate details such as name (first name and last name), email address and mobile number to proceed.

c) Upon successful submission, an OTP code will be sent to the Participant's registered mobile number via SMS notification.

d) Key in the unique OTP on the screen and click verify.

e) A unique QR code will be generated, and the Participants are required to present the unique QR code at the scanner of the vending machine.

f) Prizes will be dispensed from the vending machine accordingly.

3.2 The Prizes are subject to availability on a first come first served basis. Proof of registration/ submission does not guarantee entitlement.

3.3 Each mobile number will be eligible to redeem only one (1) unit of the Prize throughout the Programme Period.

3.4 All details and particulars submitted must be accurate, true and complete. Duplicated, repeated, incomplete, inaccurate or illegible registrations/ submissions are considered as void.

3.5 The Organiser reserves the right to, at any time, foreclose, amend or discontinue this Programme at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice. The Organiser’s decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.

4. Prizes

4.1 One (1) unit of Kiehl's Calendula Sampling Kit (each sampling kit shall be referred to as a “Prize”, and collectively as the “Prizes”)

4.2 Pictures of Prizes shown on the Programme announcements are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual item. Price shown (if any) is correct at the time of publishing.

4.3 The Prizes are not transferable, not refundable and not exchangeable for cash, voucher, merchandise or any other substitutes.

4.4 The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with alternative prizes or similar value at anytime without prior notice.
