WHAT IS KIEHL'S REWARDS?

Kiehl’s Rewards is a loyalty program for Kiehl’s customers effective [date]. As a Kiehl’s Rewards member, you will enjoy rewards when you make purchases online or at Kiehl’s stores, excluding Kiehl’s department store, airport and other third-party locations. Kiehl’s rewards may be a promotional code to redeem toward products, complimentary shipping, exclusive offers, early access to seasonal promotions, and so much more! Our program also includes a feature called “Philanthropy Hearts,” where customers have the opportunity to participate and have a yearly donation made on their behalf to a charity chosen by Kiehl’s. You can also participate in Kiehl’s Recycle and Be Rewarded Program, receiving a Kiehl’s Reward for a complimentary product when you return ten (X) full-sized Kiehl’s bottles for recycling.

HOW DOES KIEHL'S REWARDS WORK?

Your member year starts the day you enroll in Kiehl’s Rewards and lasts for 365 days. Once you’ve enrolled in Kiehl’s Rewards, you will automatically be a Silver Wings Member. Silver Wings members receive a $XX reward for every $XX spent toward Kiehl’s products, early access to Kiehl’s promotions, and other gifts and offers. When you have reached the dollar-amount threshold applicable based on your membership tier, you will become a Gold Wings member and then a Platinum Wings member, with additional benefits and rewards at each tier. To maintain your tier status, you must re-qualify within 365 days of your last purchase. In other words, a member must spend the same amount within a year of achieving a particular tier in order to maintain that tier level for another year. WHAT IS THE PHILANTHROPY HEARTS PROGRAM?

Member must opt-in to collect “Philanthropy Hearts.” You will receive one (1) heart by visiting a Kiehl’s philanthropic event, one (1) heart by downloading/sharing a digital reward linked to a philanthropic cause (e.g., digital wallpaper), and one (1) heart for every purchase. Hearts count towards a total donation made by Kiehl’s to a specific charity once per year. Customers can track hearts within their online loyalty accounts. You will receive a “Thank You” email recognizing your participation.

WHAT IS THE KIEHL'S RECYCLE AND BE REWARDED PROGRAM?

As a loyalty member you can participate in Kiehl’s Recycle and Be Rewarded Program, receiving a Reward for a complimentary product when you return ten(X) full-sized Kiehl’s bottles for recycling. Your progress will be tracked as part of your Kiehl’s Rewards membership, and you will receive an email when you are eligible for a reward, which you can redeem in-store at any participating Kiehl’s location.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REWARDS?

When you qualify, rewards will be sent to you via email XX days after the qualifying purchase. Rewards are valid for XX days after issuance. For example, if you qualify for a reward on June 15, you will receive your $XX Kiehl’s rewards certificate via email on [MONTH] XX.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY REWARDS?

Simply enter the XX-digit code you receive by email to redeem your rewards. To redeem in store, print out the email with the offer code and bring it to your nearest Kiehl’s Retail store (or show it on your phone).

CAN I TRACK MY KIEHL'S REWARDS ACCOUNT ONLINE?

Yes. Personalized tracking of program status, including tier status and rewards eligibility, is available on Kiehls.com/KiehlsRewards in the My Account section. You will receive personalized emails alerting you to how far away you are from your next “Wings” status level and next Kiehl’s reward.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY KIEHL'S REWARDS ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

Sign into My Account at Kiehls.com/KiehlsRewards and update your information in the My Account section. In store, please let a Kiehl’s Customer Representative know that you have a change to make to your account information and they can take care of it for you.

DO KIEHL'S REWARDS EXPIRE?

Yes. Your Kiehl’s rewards will expire XX days after being activated.

CAN I COMBINE MY $10 AND $20 REWARDS WITH THE SAME PURCHASE?

Yes. Rewards may be combined with each other as long as they are valid.

IS THERE A SPENDING THRESHOLD TO REDEEM REWARDS?

No – you may redeem your rewards no matter how much you spend on your purchase. In instances where rewards are applied toward a purchase in which the purchase total is less than the combined total value of the Kiehl’s rewards, any remaining balance on the rewards is forfeited upon completion of the purchase. For example, if the reward is $20 and your purchase is $10, you will get your product for free, but will forfeit the remaining $10. For online orders, your order after all rewards have been applied cannot be equal to zero because of system limitations.

CAN I USE MY REWARDS BOTH ONLINE AND IN STORE?

You can redeem rewards online or in-store. Rewards must be used in full and cannot be broken to be applied to multiple transactions.
